1.Who We Are

Connect with Bayezid is a digital agency based in Bangladesh. www.sayadbayezid.com is our website and personal portfolio, hosted as a static site on GitHub Pages. We also operate other products, including SmartGen (smartgentools.com) and applications built on Meta's developer platform (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp Business Platform) — each of those has its own detailed policy, linked in Section 13.

2.Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you use our contact form, email us, or message us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically collect basic technical information when you visit: IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages.

2.3 Information from Meta Platform integrations

If a page or feature connects to Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp, the data practices for that specific integration are covered in full in our Meta Platform Products Privacy Policy, not repeated here.

4.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This site sets a small number of cookies. Naming them is more useful than the usual sentence about "cookies or similar technologies", so here they are.

Why our server writes two of these itself. When a browser's own JavaScript writes _fbp, Safari limits it to seven days. A cookie written by the server is not limited that way, so we write it from the server and it lasts longer. We are saying so plainly because that is the honest description of what it does: it makes the measurement last longer than your browser would otherwise allow.

Turning them off. There is a switch for it, and it is not buried: stop measuring me on this browser. One click. It stops the Meta Pixel, stops the server-side events, removes the tracking scripts from the page immediately rather than at the next page load, and is remembered — we will not ask again to wear the answer down. The same link works on the demo hub at demu.sayadbayezid.com, where there is also a permanent one in the footer.

Your browser's settings control all of these too, and blocking them does not break anything on this site — nothing here needs a cookie to work. Browser-level tracking protection, an ad blocker, or "Do Not Track" will each stop some or all of the measurement described above.

Measurement is not gated behind a banner here. Saying so is fairer than the alternative: a consent dialog most people dismiss without reading produces a click, not a decision. What we offer instead is the switch above, which works immediately and is remembered. If you would rather we deleted what has already been recorded, that is your right and we will do it — write to info@sayadbayezid.com.

5.How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run this site (such as our hosting and analytics providers, under confidentiality obligations), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

6.Data Retention

We keep contact messages and related data only as long as needed to respond to you and for our own reasonable business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7.Data Security

Our site is served over HTTPS/TLS, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, or Bangladesh's Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 — including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.

9.Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the higher age set by local law) without appropriate consent.

10.Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites, including our own other properties and Meta's platforms. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and post material changes prominently on our website.

Deleting your data

You never have to ask us in writing to be removed. Each product below has its own route, and each one works without needing an account to sign in to.

• Data deletion request status — check a deletion request made through Facebook using the confirmation code you were given.
• Delete your Amader Tangail account and data — account removal for the Amader Tangail app.
• Anything else: email info@sayadbayezid.com and say what you want removed.
